who is ron wiley?

well i guess business has picked up..

because there is no "for sale" sign out side your building.. ..

i had spoke with the new National service manager

Ron wiley a while back and

he had said that    randy hertis the michigan service dispatcher
and was no longer there and i can't imagine he left by choice,

or went far,

so i was wondering where he was now?.

Also he said that Doug mahn the vibration sales man was no longer working there..

i can't imagine him leaving .. (so it's probably a lie)

he was the project manager on the ill fated litton project..

When i told litton that a project that size should have a project manager..

Thats when i found out that doug mahn was "the man.". ha ha ..

good communication huh? ..

But no loss because your ( Espec) company got the follow on contract..

But i understand you have Mr. Rouloffs there now.

the replacement of Dick Mckinly.. funny

"Curt"the sales guy he replaced bo bjarno with in San Jose ..

said that  jim roulfes and the
 sales staff had to go around with a good grip on their ankles "
 to survive..

Most manufacturers have a rate schedule and limitations on hours to perform certain procedures leaving a technician / small business holding the bag for unforseen problems that arise. There is not one person that I know who owns a small business (2-10 employee's) that likes or wants to do warranty work.
I realize there are companies out there who will "rape" a manufacturer if given free reign, and there in lies a lot of your problem.
I may or may not be addressing the problem that your speaking of but tried...
 
 
 
 
 
So, therm, why can't you get help?

What did you do that techs don't want to work for you?
 
 
 
 
 Its not that we are having turnover issues at all. We are trying to add new techs in some different locations. As well, we can find help...just not always the help that we want. Our hiring process is fairly extensive <----leads to a much lower rate of turnover for us in the long run. It is difficult for us to find 'good' technicians, in some areas. The biggest challenge is that I'm located in Michigan, most of the time more than a few hundred miles away from where the position is that I'm trying to fill.
 
 
 
Hey, Therm, checked out your website- "them must be them new fangled air conditioners I been hearin about."

No wonder you have an extensive hiring practices. . . You must have a hell of a training program! I'd be kind of leery working on something like that. But I suppose it would be kind of cool opening one of those things up to see what's happening inside.

I wish you the best of luck finding a tech, I can see why your having a hard time.

 

 

 

Yeah, we've had a few interviews in before talking about how they can fix anything, and there isn't much they haven't seen. Then we take them out into the plant where these are made and some become humbled very quickly. I've actually had 2 that we've flown in town say, uhhh....this is a little beyond me. All it takes is a willingness to learn...we'll teach you. Extensive training program for sure. Thanks for your well wishes

A job lost and perspective gained
Gastonia man was fired a week after notifying his firm he had been deployed.

Kevin Holt of Gastonia bears little likeness to the chiseled warriors depicted in Army posters.

He's 41, heavyset and has a habit of pushing his eyeglasses to the bridge of his nose.

He's a citizen-soldier.

The former sailor enlisted in the National Guard in July 2004 as a way to supplement his income and heed a call to service.

Last summer, between supervising a chow line at Camp Speicher outside Tikrit, Iraq, and running food convoys, Holt sat at dusty computer keyboards, hunting and pecking the answers to his online college course. He hoped a business degree would help him land a job.

Thermotron Industries, based in Holland, Mich., fired Holt in April 2005,

near the height of the Bush administration's call-up of National Guard members and just a week after Holt told the company he was being deployed to Iraq.

Holt serviced Thermotron's environmental test chambers, which expose electronics and other devices to temperature extremes. He covered a patch of the Southeast for the privately held, mid-sized company, making about $54,000 a year.

Holt says Thermotron accused him of trying to bill the company for Yellow Pages advertising he had ordered for his side repair business.

BellSouth had mailed the bill to Thermotron by mistake, an error Holt said his boss had resolved more than eight months before.

The married father of two worked seven years for Thermotron, which has a growing defense-contract business.

The termination was an about-face for a company that two months before firing him had given Holt another glowing annual evaluation.


Fellow soldiers in the National Guard's 505th Engineer Battalion said they thought the timing of the firing looked fishy. They told him about the law designed to protect civilian jobs of part-time soldiers called to active duty.

Holt tried to get his job back.

He filed complaints with state and federal labor departments.

He thought his case was a slam-dunk.

Thermotron sent letters in its defense.
It produced copies of the Yellow Pages bill it said proved Holt tried to deceive the company.

The company denied that a supervisor had told Holt the billing mistake had been resolved.

Holt provided documents but couldn't produce anything showing Thermotron fired him because his military service conflicted with the company's need for a repairman in the Southeast.

Channels prove fruitless

Like thousands of service members,

Holt's journey through government channels proved futile."They wanted documents," Holt says of labor officials. "But I was getting ready to go to war."

By November 2005, with Holt in Iraq, state and federal labor officials had sent letters to his house.

The agencies ruled Thermotron fired him "for cause."

Richard Castillo, the U.S. Labor Department's assistant director in Michigan, said Holt could request the agency refer the case to the Justice Department for possible litigation.

But Castillo would recommend "no further action be taken."

Ronald Lampen,

Thermotron's vice president of service operations, noted agencies ruled in the company's favor.

"Holt's allegations are unfounded and untrue," Lampen told the Observer in a phone call.

He refused to answer further questions, then hung up.

A call to a job

Above Kevin Holt's backyard workshop, a massive portrait of Jesus stands watch.

"Bad things will happen to you in life," Holt says.

"Ultimately, God is still on the throne.

The sun came up this morning. The world will not end."

Last October Holt returned home to hugs, red-white-and-blue bunting around the mailbox ... and a job interview.

Espec North America had heard Holt was no longer with competitor Thermotron.

After e-mailing Holt in Iraq, the company agreed to talk with him when he got back.
In November, he became Espec's newest employee.


Going from civilian to soldier, from Gastonia to Tikrit and back, from unemployed to employed in a little over a year has imbued Holt with perspective.

"I grew up a lot during the experience," he says. "I never lost a job before. Never experienced unemployment. I always feared facing that.

But the calamity I thought was going to happen, didn't happen."
He enrolled in school again, this time to work on a master's in theology through an online program.

"I feel called," Holt says, "to serve as an Army chaplain."


As a Guard member, Holt says he's willing to return to Iraq or wherever his country needs him.
He also abides by the gospel of Luke, the passage that admonishes

"Love your enemies," and "pray for those who mistreat you."

Chief among this group was the demon of greed and contained within this same group were demons of hate, lust, strife, and a few others.

These demons possessed skills in the dark arts area such as witchcraft and other related areas. When we got down to the fourth group, or order, all the demons of this rank were revealed in forms other than human.


Some had forms like known animals while others had unknown forms. In this group were the demons of murder, brutality, sadism, and others related to carnage.


As we moved even further down the order toward the end of the chain of command, all the demons were revealed in horrible and morbid forms.


Some were so revolting that their appearance produced nausea.


They are so despised by their own companions that they always seem to be lurking off to themselves while in the Second Heaven and even while in this physical world.


They do not associate with the other demons except in the line of their duty.

Webster's Dictionary defines "placebo" as "a medication prescribed more for the mental relief of a patient than for the actual effect on his disorder, or something tending to soothe."

The doctors tell us that if we know we are being treated with a placebo, it does not work. In our minds we must think that it is a real medication and has the strength or power to heal. If the patient believes this, then the treatment has been known to work wonders in many cases that otherwise could not have been treated.

Placebo treatment is, in fact, nothing of substance, but in the mind of the patient it is real. In order for this kind of treatment to work, the doctor must convince the patient of the work of the medication.

My friend, I declare unto you that this is the exact "treatment" that most "mouth-professing" Christians are using today. The doctor administering this "medication" is Satan himself. He gives the "patent" a sugar-coated religion, a shallow experience, and whispers half-truths into his ears.

He then tells the "patient" that it is real and that it is all the "patent" needs. The "patent", having been taken in by Satan, believes this and goes on his merry way declaring to all that he has been born again, his salvation is real, and this experience is all that he needs.


Doctor Satan will allow his "patient" to continue to go to church and will allow him to take part in any church, that is, singing, leading in prayer, teaching Sunday School, and even preaching.

He will allow the "patient" to make any kind of statement in connection with his "mouth-professing" religion, even to the point of the saving power of Jesus.

Yes, he will allow the "patient" to do all and say all with one exception. That exception is that the "patient" will not be allowed to live the life that he confesses with his mouth ...

I guess i was luckly that many people were up front when i was writing my thesis.. and broke the code of silence..

i was surprised to find the "Clock" man ..out of detroit from thermotron..an honest sales man is hard to come by. i guess he forgot he is a sales man and as Mike Barrs said"U know when a sales man is lying because his lips are moving.

but i found it puzzling that he didn't know that most of his co-workers who i worked with didn't follow his policy..

Dean tripp told me that re really didn't have the "Character to be a manager" when he worked for him..

As Bill Wybenga in accounting once told me it is easy to get people to lie for you at thermotron.

I didn't know it was a planned business profile.. funny none of the business classes .. used that .. model..

As Tom Bannish sent out christmas cards every year the said "Jesus died for my sins"

tom bannish said he has more respect for people who are liars and who do "it " the hard way.

it is safe to say "only say good things"

as i don't have very many good things to say about the different liers thieves and embzzlers and drunks and slanders i worked with..at thermotron ..

nownow as tom bannish bragged it's ok to be currupt ..
he like most of the people who are evil there will be dead and go to hell..

good riddence.

as a matter of face do you know of any of the people from there who have good character?

i can count them on one hand

But as i have never worked with such a big determined gang of liers, slanders and theves, as with thermotron..

The Boeing project i got introduced to tenbrink and durham.. both liers and embezzlers, and drunks this is the first time management allowed people to be drunk on the job and falseafy their work hours.. (i think not)

but bob wiles was a lier and a drunk..

I was the exception and that is why Mr Pietz at boeing hired me 3 years later.. i am normal.. and reliable. He said that he likes to hire people who u don't have to wonder what they are doing

John TenBrink was such a bad example of a Thermotron employee that he could'nt get them to hire him even as a custodian, janitor. That was during the time boeing had over 25,000 thousand employees.. and he found that he couldn't find a decient job any where in kansas..

So finally he begged Bob Wiley (he was now a promotion guy)at sexton Espec inc. because "Old Bob is as smart as a fox) ya right.. if u believe that then we will sell your children out as Whores.

But after misleading mardy rich.. and defrauding him, John Tenbrink got to go into sales.. and sales in the chamber business is getting the customer drunk and pretending u are their friend.

from there he went to Environtronics, where Gary Molinar was just leaving.. as he said about john.. it dosen't take much to fill out a "request for material" and his evualiation of Environtronics was that as a "spin off" company.. they took 2 steps and fell on their face..

I met Gary Molinar at Russles Technicial Products.. and at this company Don Bench hired people who needed to learn a trade.. and learn a job

But Gary said he was different .. He came there to Do a Job" not just learn a job.

I quit here because Bill Bench was sending me out to start-up equipment that didn't quite work right.. and finally bill told me that that it didn't matter if the equipment worked at all, my job was to get the customer to sign off. I told him i didn't defraud people. and lia.. so he drummed me out.. The last job in New York.. was typical of his style.. "he shipped a 40 by 50 foot walkin chamber that had never been tested or assembled..
and the customer thought there would be a factory team to complete this project.. but there was only me. ha

Tom bannash promoted lieing cheating and stealing and embezzeling and slandering employees on the west coast, he said "everyone is the manager" and he would go around saying"sombody said , this or that but i didn't believe it, or he would tell me and others that "He lied for U"

Then he would send Dean Tripp an old time sales/manager/senior service guy to lie to his co-workers to find out what was going on. (dean tripp is in Farmington New Mex) he said they like people who are like this..

Tom Bannish bragged that Roger Cannery let him do "His thing" which was:

1. it's ok to lie,cheat and defraud people a little bit everyday (because everyone he knows is that way) he told me that everyone was cheating on their expenses and that i needed to do the same. (Get with the program)
2. if someone does a good job he will lie and say they did a bad job.
3.if someone does a bad job he will lie and say they did a good job
4if some one needs help with a job, he will lie and say they don't need help.
5if someone doesnot need help he will lie and say that they need help.


the evil guy i worked with once showed me all the placed he robbed in Pasidena California as he was growing up.

He robbed customers daily and bo bjarno the sales staff and my self told tom banish and he considered it ok.

This guy robbed and embezzled over 50,000 dollars
and jim roulfes helped him steal an additional 20,000 thousand
by removing bo bjarno the last blockage.

Now even though bo was a drunk he had better character than bannash.

Tom Bannash bragged he could lible slander every one and you people would believe his lies.,

Now the fact
that dan o'keff and tom bannash called employees and co-workers the "gay " and the gay
blade behind" their back is another example of the slandering evil attitude that was there.

Hil sysbesma told me embezzling was not stealing it was "working the system"his rate was about $000 .00 while i was there...

So, now Jim Roulives made him a sales man..

the big joke was that he took a pay cut to go into sales.. ya right.

Oh ya Curtt (bo bjarno's ) replacement said all jim rulloff did was walk around with a good grip on his ankles.

Obviously dan o'keef would make any Roman Catholic childmolester or petafile safe and proud,

Dan O'keefe did tell me that this company lets in any type of person.. when i asked Tom Bannash what the Hell he ment by that?

his reply was typical for a tom bannish

"I don't know"
 

Nobody else askes me that question.
